How it works: Clean Line Gel Liner glides effortlessly and blends easily before setting. Once set, it stays put. Richly pigmented and water-resistant, this formula has the precision of a pencil and the ease of a gel.

Glide across lash line effortlessly. Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smokey look or leave as is for a defined, bold look. 

After using, press cap in place to ensure it is air tight. Sharpen liner when needed using sharpener on the end. 

Finish with a coat or two of ILIA Mascara for longer, lifted lashes that tie everything together.

A: Many black pigments in the beauty industry are derived from an ingredient called carbon black. Studies have shown that carbon black is a carcinogen and should be avoided whenever possible. Instead, we chose to get the black pigment from charcoal which is a clean alternative.
