Orders

All prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Service right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We process orders as quickly as possible, but we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out! Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order and it will need to be processed as a return.

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on "Track It" and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to our Customer Service Team right away. 

*After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

An e-gift card is a credit that you can apply to a purchase. You can redeem an e-gift card at checkout or apply it to your account under Payment Info. If you select it as the payment option at checkout it will be applied to your purchase. Sorry, e-gift cards cannot be retroactively applied to an order once it has been placed.

We accept all major credit cards and ILIA Beauty E-Gift Cards.

Unfortunately, at this time promotions and discount offers cannot be combined.

If an item is out of stock it means that we will most likely be making more! Sign up with your email. We will email you to let you know if it becomes available.

You can purchase an e-gift card here. E-gift cards cannot be used to purchase another e-gift card or refunded.

Sorry, price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price.

At this time, only one code per transaction is accepted.

Shipping

Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase from our  warehouse in New Jersey, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select an expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase from our New Jersey warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 10-14 business days*** of its ship date.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or US holidays.

Sorry, we can’t ship to P.O. boxes yet. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50.00. Otherwise, shipping is $4.99 for U.S. We also offer expedited shipping for additional charges.

Right now, we do not offer expedited international shipping.

Orders that are shipped outside of the United States may be required to pay taxes and duties upon delivery. Knowledge and payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and not reimbursed by ILIA Beauty. For more information, please check with your local customs prior to placing your order.

Returns

At ILIA Beauty, we are dedicated to creating clean and effective products that our customers love.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange it or issue a full refund on gently used products within 60 days of purchase from our online store. To initiate a refund, please email your order number and the product(s) returning to info@iliabeauty.com.

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on sale items or partial sets. There is no restocking fee, and we can provide you with a prepaid return label upon request. 

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.

To ensure all messages are handled with care, please allow two business days for a response. We appreciate your patience!

Any returns received more than 60 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt to the address on file.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed. Please be aware that there may be an additional waiting period from your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

Product

You can learn all about our products on their individual product pages. 

If your ILIA product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, although it may result in a texture variance. Prolonged exposure may cause a product to spoil or be less effective. 

We recommend using your ILIA products within 2 years of the manufacture date or 12 months after opening for best product quality.

Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re non-GMO and made free of phthalates, sulfates, talc and paraben.

We would never! We carry the Leaping Bunny certification which means none of our products are tested on our furry friends.

Ingredients

We use FDA approved Food-Grade dyes

Yes, the only preservative we use is Phenoxyethanol. Phenoxyethanol Alcohol is an organic compound that is a mild alcohol derived from flowers. It is used as a natural preservative in place of other preservatives such as parabens. Any alcohol content will evaporate immediately when applied to the skin.

At this time, we do not perform heavy metal testing. However, we only use the highest-grade pigments, sourced from the Loire Valley in France.

Yes! We only use non-Nano, uncoated Zinc Oxide.

Our tocopherol is naturally derived from pressed flowers (Vitamin E).

We have used small percentages of synthetics in some our products from the very beginning and are very open and transparent about why. Food Grade dye is a synthetic form of color and is derived from the same source as Dimethicone. The choice to use Food Grade Dye was preferred over the use of Carmine (crushed beetle skin) when formulating certain lip colors in order to obtain a stronger hue. The majority of the product is made up of natural mineral dyes, yet some do contain low percentages (2% or less) of food grade. There are hidden dangers throughout the industry and many of the natural mineral dyes are harvested by children in India who are treated very poorly. For ILIA it is important to understand the complete picture and make a choice on what we choose to support and why.

Yes, we use a small amount of Arnica in our Vivid Concealer. Arnica is more commonly known for sore muscles, bruising or swelling of the skin. All of these things can be found underneath the eyes, or at least tiredness can show through with puffiness and dark circles. Arnica aids in relieving swelling under the eyes.

We use mineral based pigments, which are iron oxides, as a base and are derived naturally - these will all contain minimal amounts of metals including lead since they are derived from the earth. The lead content would be equivalent to what is found in a cup of coffee...yes, we receive more exposure from day to day items than from certain cosmetics, including ILIA!

We use a combination of both Titanium Oxide and Zinc Oxide for a 100% Natural SPF.

Parabens, Phthalates, Sulfates, GMO, Synthetic Fragrances and Talc.
